Please note: No fixed peak hats to be worn on the Cross Country and Medical Armbands MUST be worn. Cross Country Course will be 'open flagged', i.e. if you wish to jump the larger fences, providing you are between the red and white flags, you will not incur any penalties. Please see Notes - Rule 20 regarding faults incurred during the Show Jumping phase and eligibility to commence the Cross Country.

Class 1A - Junior Intermediate
Riders not to have attained 18th Birthday on 1st January in the current year. Combination not to have represented and completed Riding Club or Pony Club Horse Trials at Intermediate or Open level and not to have completed a BE Horse Trials other than BE90.

Class 1B - Senior Intermediate
Riders 18 and over on 1st January in the current year. Combination as for Class 1A.

Class 2A - Junior OPEN Intermediate
Riders not to have attained 18th birthday on 1st January in the current year. This class is aimed at Riders not eligible for Class 1A, but still wish to compete at that level.

Class 2B - Senior OPEN Intermediate
Riders 18 and over on 1st January in the current year. Combination as for Class 2A.

Intermediate Phases: Dressage - BE100 Test 106 (2012). Show Jumping and Cross Country - 90cm-1m. All fence heights are approximate.

Class 3A - Junior Novice
Riders not to have attained 18th birthday on 1st January in the current year. Combination not to have won any Horse Trials (One Day Event) other than Starters and not to have won Novice or to have represented and completed a Riding Club or Pony Club Horse Trials or BE Horse Trials, including BE100 and BE90.

Class 3B - Senior Novice
Riders 18 and over on 1st January in the current year. Combination as for Class 3A.

Class 4A - Junior OPEN Novice
Riders not to have attained 18th birthday on 1st January in the current year. This class is aimed at Riders not eligible for Class 3A, but still wish to compete at that level.

Class 4B - Senior OPEN Novice
Riders 18 and over on 1st January in the current year. Combination as for Class 4A.

Novice Phases: Dressage - BE90 Test 95 (2012). Show Jumping and Cross Country 75cm-85cm. All fence heights are approximate.

Class 5A - Junior Starters
Riders not to have attained 18th birthday on 1st January in the current year. Combination not to have been placed in any Horse Trials (One Day Event) and not to have competed at Riding Club, Pony Club or any BE Horse Trials (One Day Event).

Class 5B - Senior Starters
Riders 18 and over on 1st January in the current year. Combination as for Class 5A.

Class 6A - Junior OPEN Starters
Riders not to have attained 18th birthday on 1st January in the current year. This class is aimed at Riders not eligible for Class 5A, but still wish to compete at that level. As this is a late change to the Schedule there will be no trophy for this class this year.

Class 6B - Senior OPEN Starters
Riders 18 and over on 1st January in the current year. Combination as for Class 5A. As this is a late change to the Schedule there will be no trophy for this class this year.

Starters Phases: BE90 Test 95 (2012). Show Jumping and Cross Country - 60cm-70cm. All fence heights are approximate and are built to encourage riders just starting Eventing.

Entry fee: £25 members and £35 for non-members. No entries can be accepted on the day. Cheques made payable to Wilmslow Riding Club.

Entries close Wednesday prior to the event. There will be an additional entry fee of £10.00 for entries received after the closing date. An administration charge of £5 may be deducted from refunds/alterations after the closing date. (At the discretion of the secretary). Dressage tests FREE via BE website. Times will be available on Friday night, prior to the event, on Horse Monkey or on our website. Alternatively please call 01565 723976 between 7pm-9pm. The course will be available to walk from 2pm on the Saturday before the event.

Number of fences, length of course and optimum times for all classes will be on display on the day. All classes are open to non-members.
New for 2017: Stopwatches are now allowed on the Cross Country Course. ODE only.

There will be a £10.00 deposit for use of our bib and number, refundable when bib returned.  If you wish to use your own bib please note that you will have to provide your own number also - printed in bold, large type on A4 size paper.  We do not supply separate numbers so you will have to present your own bib and number to the entries secretary for perusal when declaring, prior to starting the competition.   This is to ensure the number can be read when you are on the course. Could we also ask that you contain your hair within a hairnet/bun placed just below your helmet, so that it does not obscure the number on the back of your bib.
