Festival of the Horse Challenge & Combined Training Qualifiers.
Saturday 25th March 2017, Bold Heath Equestrian Centre, Widnes.
WELL DONE to our Combined Training and Festival of the Horse Challenge Teams that competed at Bold Heath yesterday. The Senior 100 Challenge team (Pip Wise, Susie Wise, Wendy Godfrey and Vicki Pye) came a close 2nd. Congratulations to Pip who finished 3rd individually and Vicki who finished 5th. The Senior 80 Challenge team (Emily Johnston, Sammy Clare, Sophie Meredith and Hannah Dawson) came 3rd. Our Senior Combined Training team (Emily Johnston, Hannah Dawson and Vicki Pye) were unfortunate to be unplaced, as were Jodie Coutts and Sam Tomlinson who competed as individuals. Thank you to Macclesfield Riding Club for organising the competition and obviously arranging for the stunning weather!

10th Place (out of more than 100) at the Equi-Theme Intermediate Winter Show Jumping Championships on Saturday 29th April. Pip said that Breeze gave it all - had the fastest jump off so would have won but just caught the last pole. We look forward to seeing this combination out again at the BRC Show Jumping qualifiers at Bold on 15th July.

CONGRATULATIONS to Emily Entwistle who came a very close 2nd in the Preliminary Dressage to Music on Saturday 6th May, and to Hannah Bailey who came 1st in the Novice Dressage to Music and qualified for the Championship in the Autumn!
